Dated May 30, 1985 on the back, this guilliotine-style cutter may be 40 years old, but it still cuts cleanly and crisply! In Good condition with a small edge mar (see photos) and some dust and rust spots. With green painted surface and red metal handle with rubber grip, this classic tool is perfect for crafting, office work, etc. Has a metal clip that secures the blade down when not in use.
